Dogan Gursoy is the Taco Bell Distinguished Professor in Hospitality Business Management in the School of Hospitality Business Management, Washington State University, USA. Nimit Chowdhary is a Professor at the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India.
