This took 8 days to arrive as it got stuff at processing centre for 5 days in Auckland. I was very excited when it arrived. However it is no better than the off cut of carpet underlay I was using up until now. It looks the part but it doesn't stay still. It gets caught on my shoes and equipment. It has no weight and is basically a piece of black foam. Not what I was expecting. Wouldn't recommend. On the look out for another exercise mat. Cheers
I got it for under the Spin bike on new carpet. It isn't thick enough to really spread the load for the “feet” but it protects the carpet and captures all sweat while working out. Great value for money!
