"Great series with seriously good story line"

Really enjoyed watching this series, and wished there were more episodes. Looking forward to the next series.

Great story line with plenty of excitment, though there are a few gory scenes. Actors are great, and the series has the potential to even get better.

The story revolves around a priest who is targeted by demons/evil spirits because of his so called power – which he isn't aware of. While story is about the fight for good over evil, there are some excellent ethical questions raised.

Would definitely buy the next series when it comes out.

It's time to choose sides...

All our war between good and evil is imminent... and it's time to choose sides. Take a terrifying journey into a world of passion and satanic conspiracy with Father Jacob - a Roman Catholic priest who is working to promote candidates for sainthood.

Episode 1:

Father Jacob is approached by a young girl who believes her father is possessed by the devil. Although he is initially sceptical, Jacob is forced to take extraordinary steps to ensure her safety by staging a dramatic exorcism despite the misgivings of his church colleagues.

Episode 2:

With Vimal dead Jacob realises that all his friends are in danger. He is forced to meet Vimal's murderer on his terms in order to exorcise him which results in his own faith coming under threat.

Episode 3:
Despite pressure from the Catholic Church to stop performing exorcisms Jacob visits a prisoner who displays signs of possession. This is no ordinary case however as Jacob discovers his subject may be possessed by a saint.

Episode 4:

Jacob is called to an abortion clinic where he discovers a pregnant woman who is possessed by unborn demons.

Episode 5:

A sinister apparition of the Virgin Mary begins haunting a Muslim family who seem to have a connection to Michael. Jacob realises he will lose Michael's soul forever unless he can convince the family that the apparition is a fake.

Episode 6:

Weakened by his crisis of faith and with Michael back on the loose, Jacob realises he needs to be exorcised himself. But with Bukovak blocking all normal channels, Jacob is forced to get Vincenzo out of retirement if he is to have any hope of defeating Michael before he can carry out his plans.
