IÂ found myself sitting down for eleven (yes, say it with me, eleven) hours
just exploring, taking in-game screenshots. Pity about shields, but the array of
weapons, buffs, fortresses, and mechanics to take part in, its totally amazing.
Boarding is possible in sea-combat, and you might want to turn off
level-rounding (or whatever it's called) to remove the hard spike in
diffculty – especially when doing army missions and field combat… Story is
a bit meh and predictable, so is the combat tree making you feel like an
undeserving God, but the culture and history found in side missions is where
this game shines. After Origins, IÂ was skeptical as to the direction of
Assassins Creed, and IÂ don't say that this is a TRUE assassins creed game, but
IÂ do like this direction Ubisoft is taking about 75% of the time. IÂ recommend
this for people who are sick, taking time off, or have alot of time on their
hands for a single-player experience.
