Award-winning author Myra Johnson currently resides in North Carolina but proudly claims her heritage as a native Texan. Two things she sorely misses are Texas bluebonnets in the springtime and real Texas barbecue year-round! Myra is a two-time ACFW Carol Award finalist, two-time Maggie Awards finalist, and winner of the 2005 RWA Golden Heart. The first book in her Till We Meet Again series, When the Clouds Roll By, won top honors in the 2014 Christian Retailing's Best Awards for historical fiction. Her novel Castles in the Clouds won the inspirational category of the 2017 National Excellence in Romance Fiction Awards. Married since 1972, Myra and her husband have two beautiful daughters married to wonderful Christian men, plus seven amazing grandchildren. The Johnsons share their home with two pampered rescue dogs and a snobby but lovable cat they inherited when their younger daughter and family moved overseas.
