Rose Blake (Illustrator) Rose Blake is an illustrator and artist who studied at the Royal College of Art. Her book A History of Pictures for Children (2018), written by David Hockney and Martin Gayford, won the New Horizons award at the 2019 Bologna Children's Book Fair.
