Overall it does the job and works well. I use this charge pad every night and very convenient. The only issue is phone placement. You have to have it aligned properly for it to charge well. You cannot just toss it on top and expect a charge. It works well with My Samsung Note 9. Highly satisfy and recommend it to everyone.
