Author Biography:

Written by Bob Kanigher, Joe Kubert, Archie Goodwin, and Jack Kirby—all legendary comics writers. Classic artists Joe Kubert, Russ Heath, Jack Kirby, Alex Toth, and John Severin are all represented in this Artist’s Edition. Kubert is known for being co-creator of the DC Silver Age versions of the Flash (Showcase Comics #4) and Hawkman (Brave & the Bold #34) as well as his decades-long work on Sgt. Rock and Enemy Ace. Heath was a longtime veteran of comics and much sought after by collectors. Jack Kirby co-created Captain America, the Fantastic Four, the Hulk, the X-Men, the Avengers, the Silver Surfer, Kamandi, and tons more. Alex Toth is considered one of the greatest storytellers of all time.
