Kassie is the writer for Cypress Ministries, or for a better understanding... Kassie writes under the name Cypress Ministries. You will see the reference of "us" and "we" in reference to Cypress Ministries because Kassie knows she could not do what God has called her to do, without the help and support of others. The main reason Kassie uses the name Cypress Ministries, instead of her name as the titled author, is because she believes all glory should be given to God. And though she weaves many personal lessons into her writing, she firmly believes that the call of this ministry is to make Jesus' name known, and not her own. Kassie has her associate's degree in biblical studies and teaching, her endorsement as an authorized biblical study leader under Precepts Ministries, and several certificates of completion in biblical counseling. Currently, she is working to finish up her actual license as professional biblical life coach, and when finished, she will also have her license in general ministries. Kassie is also a member of the American Associates of Christian Counselors. It is her heart's desires to help others grow in God's Word, and to help them learn how to connect (and apply) the truth of God's Word to our everyday life.
