Thirteen years ago, Lindong, an UNSS agent, has been involved in an urgent Witness Protection Mission and left his dying daughter Xixi. Thirteen years later, Lindong has gone abroad and has been quietly maintaining the calm life of a girl Nancy (Xi Xi).

But the publication of the new sci-fi novel – Bleeding Steel broke the peace. The secrets of Nancy are eventually noticed which threatens the safety of Nancy’s. Leeson accidentally got Nancy’s information and suddenly appear with the purpose of approaching her life; In the thirteen years ago, a cyborg Andre tried to kidnap Dr. James but failed, thirteen years later he tries again and Nancy is capture after many fights. Lindong has to commit the risk and go to rescue Nancy with the assistant and Leeson.
