Description

Brain Dead is a startling and eye-opening book about the need for radical change in our mental health system. The authors provide a compelling case that the current approach is not just failing many people with mental illness and their families but also causing great harm. Have you heard of house clean dancing? I've recently become interested in mental health (specifically, as it relates to personality type) and have been spending a lot of time reading about it. I first discovered that a widespread way to improve your mental health is to start doing your chores while dancing. Read more topics just like the above in "Brain Dead".
