This is my Personal Love Empowerment Life Flow that I have learned after 27 years in the Health and Wellness field. It combines my Masters of Public Health studies with a focus on Education, Bachelors of Science in Commercial Health Promotion experiences, and breakthrough wisdom and spiritual consciousness through teaching about Total Life Empowerment including newly developing areas of integration. It's much more than a self help book. It's my very personal experience from transforming fear and panic attacks to FLOW. It encompasses my years of personal teaching experience from fitness classes, yoga, dance, and meditation to Intuitive Life coaching and how everything is truly connected as One. She was Right. I finally became aware of the Flow of Life and saw how Love was not just at the core and heart of everything but it was the actual flow itself.
