From an author who has obviously battled for years like the rest of us with weight, comes a book filled with ideas and a new way of thinking, to set us on a path of conquering our food and weight demons forever. Inside also are alot of quotes from other people that have attended Geneens retreats, that we can all relate to, knowing we are not alone in our battle. Well worth a read.

Excellent read, I have read a few of Geenen's books and this one does not disappoint. She continues to inspire me with her ‘common sense’ approach to motivating and educating people about food and it's relationship it has with our emotions.
