A man speaks to a loved one in Heaven through a radio! In the Spring of 1986, a small, struggling radio station in the Midwest starts receiving interference over the air. As Luke, the station's broadcasting engineer, tries to troubleshoot the static in the control building at the radio tower, he hears a familiar voice come over the airwaves! Luke immediately recognizes the voice he hears: A former DJ at the station, who passed away several years ago-his mother! Eventually, with the help of his fiancé, Lauren, Luke learns when and how to communicate with his mother at the tower, and collectively, they are able to guide several people on a journey towards redemption, and a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. But a powerful thunderstorm knocks out the link between Heaven and Earth, and the station's owner, Walter, is on the road to self-destruction-and he's bringing the radio station down with him! Can Luke help Walter back on the right track and repair the damage to the tower before the station's utter demise?
