Description

Sergeant Ben Carter and his men find themselves caught between factions as the cattlemen and sheep ranchers near Coultrie, in New Mexico Territory fight over access to grazing lands for their stock. Author Biography:

Charles Ray has been writing fiction since his teens. In addition to the Buffalo Soldier series, he is the author of the Al Pennyback mystery series, several works of urban fantasy and traditional fantasy. He has also done several books for children, books of photography from his travels around the world, and books on leadership and management.
