We all have many beliefs that serve us and our behavior flows easily and comfortably from them. Mort helps people identify which beliefs result in behaviors that keep them from achieving goals or feeling better about themselves, and then, with the person's permission, adjusting the underlying beliefs to different beliefs, a "rebelief," that serves and easily and comfortably supports the desired behavior.
