Description

Nicholas Jones proposes a radically different approach to both understanding and implementing business improvements. In simple terms, we have to adjust our thinking to a more structured and relevant approach for the 21st century and then implement improvements in a more logical and effective manner. The Business Cube is a framework that helps business owners and managers to better understand their businesses. It demonstrates how to make effective improvements and reap the benefits by using a structured approach combined with clear leadership. It's not just about 'the numbers', nor just about 'hearts and minds': it's about a winning blend of structured thinking and effective leadership driving business improvements towards a consistently sustainable outcome .
