Newly married to Bill Wyndham, Andrea's life as minister of Nyddford with Nyddbeck is busier than ever. Though happy in her marriage and fulfilled by her work, she feels torn in many directions, and the strain is starting to show. There are so many calls on Andrea's time, so many people who need her. Paula Price, for instance, is a newcomer to the village who turns to Andrea for help when her father dies leaving her to manage their guest-house on her own. Author Biography

Margaret Allan was born in Yorkshire and has spent most of her life there. She is the author of some twenty-five novels, all of which have proved popular with libraries. She and her husband have one daughter, and two grandsons.
