Through His beloved Apostle, John, the Lord declared thus: "beloved, I pray above all things that you prosper and be in health, as your soul prospers (III John 2). Under divine inspiration, the Prophet, Isaiah looked into the future and prophesied: "by his stripes, we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5)! Under a similar inspiration and apostolic anointing, the Apostle, Peter look into the past and declared, "by his stripes, we were healed" (I Peter 2:24)! If you are afflicted in any way and you have accepted Yeshua (Jesus) as your personal savior, you can boldly declare: "by his stripes, I am healed"! If you sincerely believe, vocalize it in faith, and stand your ground in expectation, God is obligated to heal you; or gave you the grace to draw spiritual strength from your ordeal while you wait for that glorious day when every tear shall be wiped away and pain obliterated forever. This is so because: God is a healer and promised healing to all who would take Him at His word (Exodus 15:26, Psalms 34:19; Psalms 103:3; III John 2)! In addition, the blood Jesus shared from the forty stripes (minus one), paid for the healing of every disease category known to man and set believers free from the Law of sin and death (Romans 8:2)! God and his word are one (John 10:30; John 14:9; I John 5:7)! He honors his word above his name (Psalm 138:2), and is forever watching over his word to perform it in the lives of all who believe (Psalm 119:89-90; Isaiah 55:10-11)!This humble exposition is written to show how anyone who is battling any debilitating disease or infirmity can receive their healing or the grace to cultivate Love for God and others through the fires of affliction.In these last of the last days, the Lord is on the move to bless and heal His people.
