Xiaobin Li earned his doctoral degree from the Ontario Institute for the Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, Canada. He is associate professor at the Faculty of Education, Brock University, St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. He teaches education law, education finance, construction of organizations, and quantitative research methods.
