YANNICK LUNG is Professor of Economics at Montesquieu University, Bordeaux, and Co-Director of the GERPISA international network, Universite d'Evry et CRH-EHESS, Paris. JORGE CARRILLO is Researcher at COLEF in Tijuana, Mexico. He is a specialist in industrial and labour sociology on transnational corporations in the Maquiladoras automobile industries in Mexico, and author and editor of several books and more than 60 academic articles. He co-founded the Latin American Labor Studies Association. ROB VAN TULDER is full professor at the Erasmus University Rotterdam School of Management. He is co-founder of the Department of Business-Society Management, which includes the study of international business, corporate communication and business ethics. He is also Director of SCOPE, the international business expert centre of RSM.
