DERALD WING SUE, PhD, is a Professor of Psychology andEducation in the Department of Counseling and Clinical Psychologyat Teachers College, Columbia University, where he also holds ajoint appointment with the School of Social Work. He is one of themost cited multicultural scholars in the United States. MIGUEL E. GALLARDO, PsyD, is an Associate Professor ofPsychology at Pepperdine University. Dr. Gallardo's areas ofscholarship and research interests include understanding thepsychotherapy process when working with ethnoculturalcommunities. HELEN A. NEVILLE, PhD, is a Professor of EducationalPsychology and African American Studies at the University ofIllinois at Urbana-Champaign. She currently chairs the counselingpsychology program and previously was a Provost Fellow at the sameinstitution.
