Author Biography:

Anthony Rogers is a Senior Lecturer at the City Law School, City, University of London, UK, where he teaches on the Maritime Law modules at LLM and undergraduate level and the Carriage of Goods by Sea courses at the University’s centres in London, Piraeus and Dubai. Jason Chuah is Professor of Commercial and Maritime Law at the City Law School, City, University of London, UK and Guest Research Professor of Law at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. The late Martin Dockray was Professor of Law at City, University of London and Head of the Law Department there from 1989 to 2004. His first edition of this book was published in 1987.
