The pink is a little less pink than I was anticipating and the metallic area is the rod only the rest is a pale salmon – coral pink. Color wise it is okay but less exciting than I hoped for. It makes up for this with be very functional holding my iPad mini well with non slip non scratch surface. It even holds it well inside its protective case. there is no smell to the product and it comes in a small box ready to make up with screw and tool provided,. I was initially a tad hesitant as the stand is very light weight and dare I say seemed flimsy even the plastic bit including the base and my iPad mini big compared to the stand so I was extra careful to try it in a safe area where no harm would be done if it toppled over. To protect my iPad mini but it happily held it well and my abundance of caution was unneeded thankfully. This will be very handy for hands free video calling with family and I am sure I will find it very useful and use it often. Arrived safely today. Big thanks Mighty Ape.
