Miniature game players could probably spend more than $30–50 easy for an unpainted model maybe a bit bigger and less detailed and still have to paint them themselves. You still have to put these together, but maybe only four bits plus main body, stand and mounting rod and its done. Random draw probably also detracts a little, but as I wasn't too fussy on what I got, I was pretty happy with my one double up from 4 boosters.

These figures are made to a fantastic quality and the paint/finish looks very similar to the images in terms of detail, colours and design. They’re very good quality for the price. The only downside is piecing some bits together can be a bit fiddly but once they’re firmly in place the resulting figure is solid and it’s hard to tell that some of them aren’t one straight piece. The ability to fit them wherever on the vase you like, and also to clip the bases onto each other to make an interlocking pattern, make for a useful and fantastic posable figure set!
