This is an interesting idea about being able to “see” peoples thoughts. The problem in delivering this is that often there are two dialogues going on simultaneously which becomes annoying. I can see why the director did it but listening to the thoughts which sound sometimes like a record skipping detracts from the actors lines. Acting is decent it does progressively improve toward a reasonable climax. There is some brief gratuitous representations of animal cruelty which just doesn't need to be there so beware if you're a bit sensitive. For those of you who like to spot continuity errors, there is plenty to see here. One last observation; the credits feel like they take longer to run than the movie itself! given the production values it's hard to see why so many people were involved but I guess that's where the money went.
