Don't waste those plants that grow so vigorously in summer that you can't keep up, and that you then have to buy in winter. I normally have heaps of parsley in summer and have to buy for the spaghetti dishes in winter. I bought multiples of this to share as gifts for the rest of my family as such a brilliant functional and economical idea. Great that you can write on them as well to save confusion.
