Alexander Cotte Poveda, PhD (c) in Economics from the Universität Göttingen in Germany, Master in Economics from the University of the Andes, Economist. International Consultant on Science, Technology and Innovation for the World Bank. Research topics in: Economics of Education; Human Capital; Knowledge Economy; Research, Development and Innovation – R&D+i; Economic development; Economic growth; Applied Macroeconometrics, Applied Microeconometrics.
