Kenny Phipps.grew up around working cowboys in Oklahoma. By the early spring 1979, Kenny was an ex-rodeo cowboy and a two-time junior college dropout who had no idea where the future would lead him. A family friend approached Kenny and asked him what he was going to do with his life. The friend remarked, Boy, come with me, and I'll show you how to make money. Jim's offer gave Kenny a thirty-year career as an independent claims adjuster.
