We send out only such seeds, bulbs and plants as in our judg ment and experience, we think should grow and give )satisfaction under all ordinary conditions. We do not however guarantee the actual results of growing anything. Just consider what it would mean to do otherwise. It would mean a guarantee against unfavorable weather conditions, ignorant and careless culture, poor soil and other causes over which we have no con trol whatever. Remittances should be made-by Money Order, Bank Draft or Registered Letter. Stamps however are acceptable for the fractional parts of a dollar. Our order fillers are not quite infallible and occasionally make mistakes, working as they do at high pressure in our busy season. We are always pleased to make good any such errors where we knowl the facts. Some People wait until the minute they want to 'plant and then send in their orders. It should be remembered that in the height of the busy season it is not always possible to fill orders immediately. We always do the best we can in filling orders promptly, but the wise plan is to study the catalog over as soon as you receive it and make out your order; remember ing that all orders booked in advance of planting time have early prefer ence and a full stock to select from.
