A dystopian apocalyptic society emerges after Middle Eastern fanatics paralyze western civilization with massive EMPs. Taylor McPherson, from Cleveland, Ohio, rises from the chaos and near-anarchy to establish a society in which the rule of law prevails. Proud, fierce and free, they take the first steps to restoring law and justice. The event is noticed by aliens who recognize, and need the resources generated by the blast. They arrive, and things aren't good for the humans who must now confront them.
