Deanna D. Sellnow (PHD) is the Gifford Blyton Endowed Professor of Communication and Assistant Provost for Transformative Learning at the University of Kentucky. She conducts faculty development workshops on instructional communication pedagogy and has published her research in regional, national, and international journals. Her research interests include the rhetoric of popular culture, particularly music as communication, and instructional communication. She is co-author of COMMUNICATE!
