Author Biography:

Kathy Bickmore is a Professor of Curriculum, Teaching and Learning at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE). Ruth Hayhoe is a Professor of Comparative Higher Education at OISE and President Emerita of the Education University of Hong Kong. Caroline Manion is a Lecturer of Comparative, International, and Development Education in the Leadership, Higher, and Adult Education Department at OISE. Karen Mundy is a Professor of Comparative, International, and Development Education at OISE and Chief Technical Officer at the Global Partnership for Education. Robyn Read is a doctoral student at OISE.
