Author Biography:

Glenn J. Voelz is an intelligence officer in the United States Army currently assigned to the staff of the White House Situation Room. He is the author of Managing the Private Spies: the Use of Commercial Augmentation for Intelligence Operations (2006), along with several recent articles on contracting issues and intelligence community policy.
