Author Biography:

David Criswell, Ph.D. has a M.Div. and a Ph.D. in theology. He is a published historians and theologian whose works include the Rise and Fall of the Holy Roman Empire and the Controversies series of the BIble. He was editor-in-chief of the Evangelical Standard and is a Fellow at Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary.
