T. A. Gibson is a poet of the portfolio, and is a writer who cares more about the art of poetry than any fame or recognition that may, or may not, be a part of it. The Latin phrase ars gratia artis, "art for the sake of art," clarifies a true artist's intentions, and any subsequent appreciation or acknowledgement will take care of itself if the art has essence.
