Jham Lal is author and Ph.D. research scholar from Central Agricultural University, Imphal, India. He is actively involved in research and studies in the field of fisheries and aquatic science and has contributed significantly to the advancement of aquaculture research, particularly in areas such as fish breeding, nutrition, and disease management. Sahil is postgraduate in Fisheries and Resource Management. He specializes in fish ecology, feeding habits, reproductive biology, and stock assessment techniques. He envisions a future where sustainable practices and innovative solutions are embraced, ensuring the long-term health and prosperity of fish populations and the communities reliant on them. H. S. Mogalekar is Assistant Professor at College of Fisheries in Dholi, Bihar, India. He has been awarded with a Ph.D. from Department of Fisheries Biology and Resource Management, Fisheries College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Fisheries University, Thoothukudi, India.
