Author Biography:

Gina Capobianco is a mental health care advocate, a writer, and a speaker. She is passionate about connecting with others through her poetry and personal experiences in order to help people understand the struggles of individuals with mental health disorders. Writing and teaching have been healing tools for her as she has lived with depression and anxiety for the past thirty years. Capobianco demonstrates that even though individuals with mental health disorders are faced with ups and downs, everyone can find the light of healing. Curative Quest: Mental Health, Hope, and Healing follows her first two books, Cognizant Introspection and Conscious Connection. She lives and writes in Southern California. Shannon Feldmann is an artist an teacher. Her painting evoke the emotions of the written word. She created the cover art for Cognizant Introspection and Conscious Connection. James Withey is the creator of The Recovery Letters. He advocates for mental health care.
