Touhill, CISSP, is a Cybersecurity andInformation Technology consultant, academic and author with nearly30 years of experience creating, sustaining, and defendinginformation technology solutions that are effective, efficient, andsecure. An experienced CIO and certified professionaldirector, his team was awarded the 2012 Rowlett Award by theNational Security Agency. An adjunct professor at WashingtonUniversity in St. Louis College of Engineering and AppliedScience graduate programs in Cybersecurity and InformationManagement, he is engaged in several research projects withindustry and academic partners, focusing on Cybersecurityissues. C. Joseph Touhill is a successful CEO, board member, andsenior executive. He is highly experienced in creating andmanaging companies, both large and small. He has been acorporate officer for 41 years, 29 years of which he has been aCEO. Additionally, he has had extensive board and high-levelcommittee experience.
