Description

Mental health affects one in four of us. However, reaching out for help isn't always easy. Dark Nights into Brighter Days aims to show you that you're not alone. These poems are about the journey through depression and anxiety and aim to show what it is like to struggle with mental health, as based on my own experiences. This collection also strives to break down the stigma surrounding mental health and encourages those who may be struggling to seek help. Always remember, if you're finding it hard to keep going, you can do this and there is help out there. Keep strong.
