Description

New York, autumn 1894. Pamela Thompson sets out to correct Harry Miller's wrongful conviction for bribery, seven years earlier, while investigating Tammany Hall's role in a cabdriver's murder. After some digging, she proves that the original Tammany judge in Harry's case had falsified evidence and discovers that the judge had recently arranged the murder of his clerk for trying to expose him. To solve the cabdriver's death, Pamela must travel to Los Angeles to find a key, fugitive witness, while eluding the Tammany agent that is on her heels with murder on his mind...
