Description

In the days leading up to the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq, al Qaeda has launched a plan to disrupt US shipping that may have a global effect. Contrary to US intelligence theory the plan doesn't entail weapons of mass destruction. One man, Dale Parker, working for newly formed Department of Homeland Security has the belief that because of technical ability that al Qaeda can't use WMDs. He believes that the terrorist will use weapons that they are familiar with, bombs. Dale's problem is that no one in the agency that hired him, believes him. When Dale's access to information is cut off, he travels to San Francisco to verify his theory and is forced into the front lines of the War on Terror.
