Stevia with monk fruit is a mixture of two natural sweeteners that enhance the flavor of your dessert without affecting the carbohydrates. This sweetener combination is more expensive but is easier on the digestive system. Swerve is another sweetener that is commonly used in baking and replaces traditional confectioners' sugar. Swerve is found at most stores and is readily available online.
