Description

Defiled Treasure is a book about discovery and freedom from generational strongholds and low self-esteem. We are all created with a treasure chest of great purpose and potential and it is the job of the enemy to defile and destroy our treasure and keep us in bondage and self-defeat. One way he does this is to cultivate strongholds in our lives that are birthed within our families and passed down from one generation to the next, which keeps us dysfunctional throughout our lives. God's plan for his people is a good one and He desires that we fulfill the greatness that He placed inside of us.

Author Biography:

Stayce L. Bynum, native and resident of Baltimore, Maryland, is a licensed minister, poet, entrepreneur and author with a unique and creative soul which houses a sincere passion for addressing the issues of women. Her life has been touched by many of the same issues that affect women today, and she is determined to use her gifts as tools to help them become free. No stranger to the bondage of low self-esteem and generational strongholds, she understands the destructive tendencies and behaviors that compromise one's destiny in God. Upon understanding and accepting her assignment, Stayce began to release her pain through her poetry and in 2004, birthed Sista'Worth Greetings, a greeting card line for the empowerment of women. Since that time, she has increased her card line to over 80 titles to help break the chains of generational strongholds and low self-esteem among the daughters of God.
