Author Biography:

Maribel Garcia Valls, MPH, ACC is the founder of Bee Happi. Bee Happi's mission is to spread sunshine, peace, harmony, and happiness to our community through yoga, journaling, meditation, coaching, and education. Our vision is a world where people can live every moment with, and share, the power of true happiness! Maribel is a Kundalini Yoga instructor, Happiness Coach, writer, and public speaker. She has years of experience in yoga, meditation, journaling, positive psychology, neuro-linguistic programming, and executive coaching. She has a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas and is Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Maribel is also a graduate of the Texas A & M School of Rural Public Health with a Masters of Public Health in Health Policy and Management. She also has undergraduate degrees in Health and Fitness from the University of Texas at San Antonio and Radiologic Technology from South Texas Community College.
