I use this with an ultrasonic vapouriser for the whole family. It definitely works. Everyone sleeps better in spite of stuffy noses. Anytime the kids seem a little sniffy. I pop a couple of drops in the vapouriser and they’re good. Been using it for 3 years now. Highly recommended. Wish mighty ape would get the 30ml bottles in.
