Dominique Woolf, winner of Jamie Oliver's Channel 4 The Great Cookbook Challenge, 2022 and creator of the award winning and flavour-packed, The Woolf's Kitchen chilli oils, sauces and pastes, has written her second book The Asian Pantry. The book is centred on using an affordable collection of supermarket pantry ingredients to create easy and delicious Asian meals at home.
