Bioware has released a High Resolution Texture Pack for the PC version of the game to make it look heaps better.
So if you have a descent Video Card, make sure you download the pack from the offical Bioware site(http://social.bioware.com/…/da2-patches).
The download is about 1 GB large and is completely worth it.
