Element: Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga reviews

I am really enjoying this yoga DVD. I have only used the prenatal portion as I am still pregnant, so can only review this segment. I find the prenatal routine an excellent simple yoga routine. Perfect length of time and the perfect challenge.

My wife really enjoys this dvd and rates in her vast collection of work out dvds.

Have tried the DVD, it runs well and the yoga instructor is clear with instructions, workout is short and sweet.

I have practiced this DVD 3× a week throughout my pregnancy, and have just found it great, even for a beginner at yoga! Lovely surroundings on the video, easy to follow steps – definitely make me feel at peace with myself.

Looking forward to trying out the postnatal part of the DVD shortly!

Love doing this yoga at home, its hassle free and easy to follow. Still doing the antenatal part at this stage.

This is a 30 minute gentle workout for pregnancy and after. I was a bit disappointed as I thought I'd get more of a workout than I did. Gentle and relaxing, though. Will persevere.

Absolutely love the Ashley Turner dvd's so thought this would be similar as also part of the element series. Find the voiceover really annoying. Average workout. You don't feel very refreshed or energised after. Not very challenging and get bored quickly.
