Author Biography:

P.-L. Chau is a medically qualified senior research scientist at the Institut Pasteur, Paris, France. Jonathan Herring is Professor of Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford and DM Wolfe-Clarendon Fellow in Law, Exeter College, Oxford, UK.
